Christian community hubs bring multiple services into one space to transform neighbourhoods. They build compassionate community around the person and presence of Jesus, whilst openly welcoming all. These hubs bring together churches with voluntary and statutory agencies, working closely with local neighbourhoods to build relationships with individuals and families in need, finding practical ways of responding to poverty, injustice and inequality.

We are a movement of Christians who share a vision to see community hubs like this develop all over the UK by sharing experience, learning, passion and prayer.

One of the best ways of equipping and encouraging each other is to share stories. So we aim to fill this website with videos, podcasts and blogs that tell wonderful stories from community hubs all over the UK. We want everyone to join in this movement too, you can do that by getting in touch and by sharing your stories.
